FunnelPup Payment Terms and Conditions

1. Company Information

FunnelPup is operated as a division of Rob Coates Media, LLC. References to “FunnelPup,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to FunnelPup and Rob Coates Media, LLC. References to “you,” “your,” or “customer” refer to the person or business purchasing, subscribing to, or using FunnelPup products or services.

2. Services Provided

FunnelPup provides access to marketing, funnel-building, website, automation, CRM, email, course, community, and related business tools, resources, templates, training, and/or support services depending on the plan or offer selected at checkout.

Your exact features, limits, deliverables, pricing, billing schedule, and access level are determined by the plan, package, or service selected at the time of purchase.

3. Payment Authorization

By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize FunnelPup, through its payment processor, to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable recurring charges, setup fees, taxes, add-ons, upgrades, or agreed service fees.

You agree to keep your billing information current and accurate. If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again, suspend access, limit services, or terminate your account until payment is successfully received.

4. Recurring Billing and Subscriptions

If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize FunnelPup to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing frequency shown at checkout, such as monthly, annually, or another stated billing cycle.

Your subscription will continue and renew automatically until canceled by you or terminated by FunnelPup according to these terms. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing date if you do not wish to be charged again.

5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If your offer includes a free trial, discounted trial, promotional period, or introductory price, the terms of that offer will be shown at checkout or on the offer page. Unless stated otherwise, your selected payment method may be charged automatically at the end of the trial or promotional period for the subscription plan you selected.

To avoid being charged after a free trial or promotional period, you must cancel before the trial or promotional period ends.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation instructions provided inside your account, through the billing portal, or by contacting support at support@funnelpup.com.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically refund charges already processed. You remain responsible for any fees, usage charges, setup fees, or service work already incurred before cancellation.

Once canceled, your access may continue through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated in your plan or offer terms.

7. Refund Policy

Unless a specific written refund guarantee is stated on the checkout page or offer page, all payments are non-refundable, including subscription payments, setup fees, onboarding fees, digital product purchases, template purchases, consulting fees, and completed service work.

Refunds, when offered, are provided only according to the specific refund terms displayed at the time of purchase. Any approved refund may be reduced by payment processing fees, completed work, third-party costs, or other non-recoverable expenses.

8. Setup Fees, Custom Work, and Service Fees

Certain FunnelPup plans or offers may include setup fees, onboarding fees, implementation fees, design services, funnel builds, website builds, automation work, consulting, or other custom services. Unless otherwise stated in writing, these fees are non-refundable once work has started, resources have been allocated, or access has been provided.

Custom service timelines, deliverables, revisions, and approvals may be governed by a separate proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement.

9. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

FunnelPup may integrate with or rely on third-party tools, platforms, payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, CRM tools, analytics tools, advertising platforms, or other external services. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing, policies, downtime, errors, or changes made by third-party providers.

You are responsible for complying with any third-party terms that apply to tools, integrations, or accounts connected to your FunnelPup account.

10. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content, contacts, customer data, offers, products, emails, advertisements, automations, websites, funnels, and business activities you create, upload, send, publish, or manage through FunnelPup.

You agree not to use FunnelPup for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, spam-related, or prohibited activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these terms, applicable law, third-party platform rules, or accepted business practices.

11. No Guaranteed Results

FunnelPup provides tools, systems, templates, education, support, and/or services designed to help businesses build and improve marketing workflows. However, we do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue, leads, sales, appointments, conversions, rankings, deliverability, advertising performance, or business outcomes.

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, audience, pricing, traffic, advertising budget, sales process, follow-up, reputation, industry, competition, and execution.

12. Account Access and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account access. You are also responsible for exporting, saving, or backing up any data, content, leads, pages, contacts, files, or materials you need.

If your account is canceled, suspended, or terminated, access to your account, software, pages, automations, contacts, or related materials may be limited or removed according to platform rules and retention policies.

13. Intellectual Property

FunnelPup, Rob Coates Media, LLC, and/or their licensors retain ownership of all FunnelPup branding, software, systems, templates, frameworks, training materials, designs, methods, documentation, content, and intellectual property unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, license, reproduce, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit FunnelPup materials except as permitted by your plan or written agreement.

Any content, branding, images, copy, customer lists, or business materials you provide remain your responsibility and, where applicable, your property.

14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an error with your billing, you agree to contact us first at support@funnelpup.com so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute does not cancel your subscription. If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend your account, revoke access, pause services, or terminate the customer relationship until the dispute is resolved.

15. Changes to Pricing, Plans, or Terms

We may update our pricing, plans, features, services, or these terms from time to time. Changes will apply going forward and will not alter charges already processed unless required by law or agreed in writing.

If your subscription price changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before the new price applies.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FunnelPup and Rob Coates Media, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, including lost revenue, lost leads, lost data, advertising losses, business interruption, or third-party platform issues.

Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase, subscription, or use of FunnelPup will not exceed the amount you paid to FunnelPup during the three months preceding the claim.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you fail to pay, violate these terms, misuse the platform, engage in unlawful activity, abuse support, infringe upon intellectual property rights, or create risk for FunnelPup, Rob Coates Media, LLC, other users, or third-party providers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time according to the cancellation process described above.

18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts or legal venue located in Maury County, Tennessee, unless otherwise required by law.
